1. Booking & Check-in

• Check-in time: 11:00 AM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
• An original Government Photo ID (Aadhar Card or Voter ID) is mandatory for all guests upon arrival.
• PAN cards are not accepted as a valid ID.
• The Sansthan reserves the right to refuse entry in case of an invalid ID or inappropriate behavior.

2. Rules of Conduct (Sattvik Stay)

• Alcohol, non-vegetarian food, eggs, tobacco, and gutkha are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Guests are expected to wear modest and decent clothing, in keeping with the spiritual atmosphere of the Bhakt Niwas.
• Please maintain silence on the premises. Loud music is not allowed.

3. Accommodation

• Rooms are designated for pilgrim use only; any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are kindly requested to conserve water and electricity during their stay.

4. Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising out of a stay at the Sansthan shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Khandwa / Omkareshwar, Madhya Pradesh.
