Refund Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

The contribution made for room booking is utilized for the maintenance of the Bhakt Niwas. However, we understand that travel plans may change, and the policy below sets out how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation Policy

Refunds on cancellation are calculated based on how many days before your arrival the cancellation request is received:

15+ days before arrival

of the booking amount

90% refund

7 – 14 days before arrival

of the booking amount

50% refund

Less than 7 days before arrival

amount will be treated as a donation

No refund

2. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule your stay are subject to room availability. Please contact the office at least 7 days prior to arrival so we can assist you in moving your booking to a suitable date.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation or a reschedule, please call our office directly. We do not currently process cancellations over email.
